We
are pleased to have partnered with two local leaders in the area of
fitness and conditioning - the SOURCE Institute for Human Performance
and CrossFit Push/Pull. Read below for more information on
these
two outstanding resources.
NLSA
has partnered with the SOURCE Institute for Human Performance, the
premier Speed & Strength trainer in this area, to provide Speed
and
Strength training to our players.
SOURCE is offering a
Summer Conditioning Camp, with either morning sessions at the
Pennington School (9am-11am) or afternoon sessions at the Hun School
(3pm-5pm). NLSA players enjoy a 10% discount on the Summer
Camp. If 5 or more players from the same team register, each
enjoys a 20% discount! You can download their camp brochure here.
